I tested this out and included fixes for all of the formatting issues I was able to find. There are some useful bug fixes and new features in this upgrade, including a few missing ANSI character translations. The replace directive makes it impossible to install using |

This PR will fix #264 as well, as cview v1.6.2 includes an upstream fix for the issue. |
